Toni DeLancey

Vice President of Programs

Toni DeLancey grew up in Orange Park, FL, and completed her undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy (West Point) with a BS in American Studies. She has both an MA and a PhD in Communication from Austin Peay State University and Regent University, respectively. Toni grew up in a Christian home and inherited a strong faith from both her parents. In March of 2017, during her daily prayer time, she strongly felt God lead her to the pro-life movement. Sanctity of life was always her hot-button issue, and she immediately began volunteering with Concerned Women for America, first as a grassroots volunteer standing up a prayer and action chapter in Arlington, VA, later becoming the Virginia volunteer State Director, and then a staff leader at the national headquarters. DeLancey has held additional leadership and communications positions in several federal agencies where she managed organization-wide communications and programmatic activities. Previously, she worked in television news as a reporter, anchor, and producer at stations throughout the country. She kicked off her career as a Military Intelligence officer in the US Army. Toni is an Army spouse married to Doug, a retired colonel; they have four children and live near New Bern, NC. Toni serves the Pro-Life Generation as Students for Life’s Vice President of Programs. This work includes overseeing the programmatic actions of Students for Life of America and Students for Life Action, including managing the field team, our strategic initiatives, leadership initiatives, and grassroots political engagement initiatives.
