This could not be more important, while Texas’s ground-breaking Heartbeat Law has greatly reduced abortions in Texas, it’s created a flood of abortions in Arkansas.
The solution is adding similar Texas-style language to pro-life Champion Senator Jason Rapert’s Life at Conception Act which would make his law go into effect immediately to save babies here in Arkansas.
