Oklahoma legislators are on track to pass Students for Life Action’s “Anti-Chemical Abortion Pill Trafficking Act” to stop Death-by-Mail Chemical Abortion Pills from being trafficked within and into the state
After a disappointing end last year, Death-by-Mail Chemical Abortion Pill vendors may soon be facing the music now that the Students for Life Action (SFLAction) “Anti-Chemical Abortion Pill Trafficking Act” (HB1168) is back in session in Oklahoma. This legislation would impose both criminal and civil penalties on Chemical Abortion Pill vendors sending deadly drugs within and across the Oklahoma border. Current Oklahoma law illegalizes all abortions with nearly no exceptions, as well as illegalizes sending patients Chemical Abortion Pills through the mail. However, as such a pro-life state, Oklahoma is a prime target for out-of-state Chemical Abortion Pill vendors intent on using Death by Mail to destroy young LIFE in the womb.
SFLAction’s “Anti-Chemical Abortion Pill Trafficking Act” is helping to lead the charge against Chemical Abortion Pill vendors operating in violation of pro-life laws and the deadly drugs they peddle, which endanger women and kill children. We expect more legislation targeting Chemical Abortion Pills and Death by Mail abortionists to be introduced and progress in other states, with both civil and criminal liabilities considered.
