The tension between the Executive and Judicial branches is not a mere academic debate—it affects the fundamental rights and lives of Americans, especially the preborn. As Students for Life of America (SFLA) President Kristan Hawkins makes clear in her timely op-ed at Townhall, the consequences of judicial overreach extend far beyond policy disagreements. They strike at the heart of democracy itself, challenging the principle that the American people, through their elected representatives, should determine the laws that govern them.

Hawkins also went on The Matt Gaetz Show on One American News Network (OAN), calling on Congress to begin the impeachment process for judges who have forgotten the principle of separation of powers—and reminding Americans of America’s founding rejection of monarchy and a call to restore the balance between the branches of government.

In a nation where “No Kings” was once a rallying cry, the rise of judicial activism is a challenge that demands vigilance, action, and a recommitment to the Constitution’s promise of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all—especially for the preborn!
