In 2019, A Kansas Supreme Court case created a nearly unlimited “right” to an abortion in the state constitution, which has given the abortion industry free reign.
The Kansas Value Them Both Amendment is a common-sense amendment in order to protect women and their preborn children in the state of Kansas from the abortion industry. This Amendment affirms that Kansas would be able to protect mothers and their children by placing basic restrictions on the abortion industry, such as late-term abortion, taxpayer funding, and parental notification for minors seeking abortions.
