With LIFE on the Line, Voters Reject the Most Radical, Pro-Abortion Presidential Ticket in World History & elect President Donald Trump

Students for Life Action Welcomes Back a Winning Team Ready to Protect Life in Law and in Service, including Majorities in the U.S. House & U.S. Senate

“Those who say they want less federal engagement on the human rights issue of our day should put our money where their mouth is and stop funding abortions and the national, tax-payer funded operations pushing it,” said SFLAction’s Kristan Hawkins. “The Biden-Harris Administration weaponized federal agencies against pro-life Americans and in favor of abortion, with financial support infiltrating our federal budget. It’s time to untangle our finances and stop supporting an abortion industry that profits when lives end. And for those GOP leaders just now taking office, it’s not too soon to note that Planned Parenthood and company wanted you to lose so they could keep getting our money. Planned Parenthood can go fund themselves.”

WASHINGTON D.C. (11-06-2024) – After engaging in a national call to the Youth Vote to vote pro-life first, engaging in 156 competitive primary races and focusing on 12 states in the general election, Students for Life Action (SFLAction) welcomes a winning team to Washington D.C. and congratulates President-elect Donald Trump, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance, and majorities in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House. SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins noted that pro-life voters had a clear choice in the election, as the most radical pro-abortion ticket in U.S. and World History took to the national stage promising only one thing for certain – more death by intentional abortion.

For our part, as Hawkins noted in an op-ed before the election, a gritty campaign for LIFE can make huge shifts … even on a tight budget. Hawkins noted: “It’s a necessary lesson that dozens of other politicians have learned this year. In total, across 156 competitive primary races where Students for Life Action was involved and educating voters, 86 unapologetically pro-life candidates won – including the defeat of dozens of incumbents. And we did it at a cost of $1,179 per candidate.”

With SFLAction’s strategic Get-Out-The-Vote model at play, we targeted the Youth Vote for pro-life wins. We can document almost 24,000 confirmed minds changed through outreach, which is especially impressive when considering that the “last two presidential elections were effectively decided by 78,000 and 44,000 votes, respectively,” as reports the Washington Post.

“Life wins, when fought for with courage and conviction. Too soon to tell you that we told you there’s no joy, no hope, and no future for an abortion-only campaign? But we’re ready to get to work. President Trump says he wants to end  federal involvement with abortion, and we can do that,” said Hawkins.

“First, we need to get the right people in place to roll back the weaponized policies that have attacked pro-life people and abandoned mothers and their preborn children.

“Second, we need to defund Planned Parenthood. As long as federal money supports abortion vendors and pays for abortion at home and around the world, abortion IS federal. This includes reaffirming life-saving policies such as Mexico City, which can be signed into effect day one.

“Third, our federal government needs to support young families in the vital work of raising up the next generation.

“Fourth, we need to address the abortion issue in the legal framework in which we all now work – both federal and state – and the Pro-Life Generation has a plan we’re getting ready to launch to the nation.” ‘

“Fifth, we need to release the pro-life prayer warriors in prison because of the weaponized use of government by the Biden-Harris Administration.”

THIS WAS AN UNPRESCEDENTED YEAR FOR PRO-LIFE GENERTION – SFLACTION EFFORTS IN FIGHTING FOR HOPE & A FUTURE.

During the Primary & General Election season, the Pro-Life Generation pushed back against the pro-abortion lobby’s propaganda efforts by:

  • Sending more than 1,714,645 texts
  • Making more than 484,034 phone calls
  • Launching 13 different vote-pro-life digital ad campaigns, resulting in more than 4,096,582 impressions and 23,982 confirmed voter minds changed. (NOTE, in a recent election cycle just 44,000 votes made the difference between who won and who lost the presidency.)
  • Our ads were seen by young voters nearly one million times (989,149) and we reached over 375k young voters in key battleground states. In the key states of Arizona and Pennsylvania, 72% of young people that took our quiz pledged to vote pro-life first.
  • Flyering 70 Targeted campuses in swing states
  • Knocking on more than 100,000 doors

SFLAction also managed Ballot Initiatives campaigns, including Decline to Sign and Vote NO educational efforts, as well as a Too Extreme For Me campus tour at colleges and universities.

IN PRIMARIES, SFLAction focused on supporting pro-life champions in the GOP and worked to educate on the bad LIFE records of strategically chosen legislators, such as the South Carolina “Sister Senators,” three GOP state legislators who lost their primaries after blocking a pro-life law supported by SFLAction. IN THE GENERAL,  SFLAction emphasized the abortion extremism of the radical Harris-Walz Presidential Ticket and the fact that the leadership of the Democratic Party is lockstep for abortion without limits, taxpayer funded, up to the point of infanticide.

IN DIGITAL AND COMMERCIAL OUTREACH: A “Democrats for Infanticide” campaign, including a TV spot that ran in targeted and states and on FOX during the Vice-Presidential Debate, helped make the point that nothing is off the table for the Democratic Party if it is seen as benefiting the abortion industry. The ad commercial was also sent via digital outreach during the RNC convention.

ON A MOBILE BILLBOARD TOUR: Other educational efforts included an Abortion Extremism Mobile Billboard tour, part of the Pro-Life Generation outreach. And the tour made the rounds during the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee events.

VIA GOP FOR LIFE: With the hope of preserving a pro-life place for voters, SFLAction engaged in a 50-state outreach to GOP leadership to preserve the Party’s platform with life affirming goals not just in this cycle. As a result, the platform ultimately condemned a Republican embrace of a late-term limit as well as affirmed 14th Amendment protections for life – a Constitutional foundation for the future.

IN BALLOT CAMPAIGNS: SFLAction fought hard in the states where the Democratic Party embraced get-out-the-vote efforts disguised as abortion ballot initiatives, efforts that contributed to the record-breaking spending in this election cycle, with more than $15.9 Billion coming through political channels and more than $5 Billion from outside groups. Innovative materials and voter education involved volunteers across the country.

“That kind of spending has an impact, added to the mainstream media support for abortion in earned media spent daily in news outlets transformed into abortion public relations shops across the country,” noted Hawkins. “And yet, life still wins as hope has us coming back to make the case again and again that mothers and their children need help not death by intentional abortion.”
