The Indiana Supreme Court has allowed SEA1, the pro-life law, to go into effect. This bill makes abortion mostly illegal in Indiana with some exceptions.
But our question is… Will the law be enforced?
Journalists have already identified abortionists in Indiana who have attempted to commit at-home abortions. And, many of our abortion facilities are simply relocating across state lines.
Students for Life Action is partnering with allied groups to demand that the Marion County Prosecutor, Ryan Mears, does his job and enforces the new law.
We will be rallying together on Saturday, September 2nd at 11AM to make sure our message is heard loud and clear by our elected officials and members of the media.
We recommend showing up by 10:45 AM to make sure you find parking.
