Tayler Garrity serves as the Vice President of People Operations at Students for Life of America, where she leads the organization’s human resources strategy and supports the team through every stage of the employee lifecycle. She oversees recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, organizational development, and workplace culture, helping equip a growing team to effectively advance the mission of the Pro-Life Generation.
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Tayler earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. While attending GCU, she developed a deeper understanding of the value of every human life from conception and the far-reaching impact abortion has on women, men, families, and children. Inspired by that experience, she felt called to dedicate her career to serving the pro-life movement.
Tayler is passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating organizational systems that empower staff to thrive as they work to make abortion unthinkable and unnecessary. She considers it a privilege to support the people behind Students for Life’s mission and help cultivate a workplace where excellence, collaboration, and servant leadership can flourish.
