Included in these victories, a win by SFLAction Endorsed Dave Nissley in Pennsylvania House District 100

“We have made a decisive point in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Georgia: If you say you’re pro-life, but don’t fight for life, you lose,” said Students for Life Action President Kristan Hawkins. “The votes of the Pro-Life Generation votes can change course of every election. The loyalty of Pro-life voters must be earned, and those who earn it have won overwhelmingly in their primaries last night. We are building a more pro-life party, one race at a time.”

WASHINGTON D.C., VA (05-20-2026) – Today, Students for Life Action (SFLAction) celebrates wins in 25 Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Georgia primary races, the result of hard work to ensure the presence of pro-life candidates in the upcoming general elections. SFLAction engaged in 36 races and won 25 races during the states’ primary seasons, a nearly 70% win rate. Candidates backed by Students for Life Action have won an average of 70% of their races, underscoring the strength of the pro-life grassroots movement and the effectiveness of Students for Life Action’s voter contact programs. “These results demonstrate that the pro-life message resonates strongly with voters,” said SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins. “Pro-life is both good policy and good politics, and this consistent win record is proof.”

Included in these victories was a win by SFLAction-endorsed Dave Nissley in Pennsylvania House District 100. Two years ago, SFLAction supported Nissley, when he lost in a close race. He’s a Cinderella story as an underdog again in this race, who won by just more than 600 votes, after SFLAction door knocked to educate voters about his pro-life values.

“SFLAction engaged in a tireless on-the-ground strategy to secure these victories, and our success gives the people of Pennsylvania and Kentucky the opportunity to keep fighting to defend Life in Law moving forward,” Hawkins said. “These pro-life, legislative leaders will help fight back against pro-abortion measures in Pennsylvania and further the defense of Life in Kentucky. Truly pro-life leaders like these are essential to pass more life-saving legislation, starting with addressing abusers’ dream drug  Chemical Abortion Pills.”

SFLAction did a door-knocking deployment in two Pennsylvania districts (SD 48 and HD 100) during the primary season, knocking on 825 doors and engaging in 128 conversations for our pro-life candidates.

SFLAction also did a door-knocking deployment in three Kentucky districts (U.S. Senate, 6th Congressional, and SD 36) during the primary season, knocking on 795 doors and engaging in 106 conversations.

SFLAction proudly announces the following major victories as a result of on-the-ground engagement. State House Districts are designated by HD and State Senate Districts by SD. Congressional Districts designate federal races. Our winners are:

In Pennsylvania:

  • Dave Nissley, who returned our SFLAction survey 100% pro-life and was endorsed by SFLAction, won his election in HD 100. SFLAction door-knocked and did programming in HD 100 to inform voters of Nissley’s 100% pro-life survey response and his willingness to fight for Life. Due to SFLAction’s impact, Nissley won by more than 600 votes in a district in which Nissley lost his primary in the previous election cycle.

The Pro-Life Generation (PLG) is an umbrella organization encompassing the most-cutting edge engagement opportunities for a Vote Pro-Life First Community. PLG includes Students for Life Action (SFLAction), a 501c4, along with its 501c3 sister organization, Students for Life of America (SFLA), that together make up the nation’s largest, pro-life youth organization, managing a grassroots political and policy operation engaging Americans of all ages but with a special emphasis on the largest segment of voters — the Youth Vote. Headquartered in Fredericksburg, VA, PLG/SFLA/SFLAction serves more than 1,400 groups on middle, high school, college, medical, and law school campuses in all 50 states. Our team has more conversations with this generation targeted by the abortion lobby than any other pro-life operation in the world, each week reaching more than 4 million across social media platforms and averaging 1.3 million video views. In addition to SFLA/SFLAction, PLG leads multiple initiatives to lead and serve  the future of the pro-life movement including the Campaign for Abortion Free Cities, Standing With You, and the Demetree Institute for Pro-Life Advancement . Over more than 17 years, PLG CEO Kristan Hawkins has grown the operation into a nearly $20M organization, now preparing for an abortion-free America.
