Planned Parenthood was behind the systematic targeting of pro-life pregnancy centers in blue states, according to an exclusive report from The Daily Signal.
“A month after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, Planned Parenthood issued marching orders for state attorneys general to target crisis pregnancy centers and issue abortion-friendly legal opinions,” reported The Daily Signal. “State actions after the July 12, 2022, memo suggest Democrat attorneys general followed much of the 14-point plan pushed by the nation’s largest abortion provider.”
A Planned Parenthood memo was sent to state attorneys general (AGs) and their staff by Progressive State Leaders Committee policy director Brittany Jenkins, who was in cahoots with Planned Parenthood Vice President of State Policy Rachel Sussman to further the sinister initiative.
The memo encouraged state AG offices to “Provide information to the public about CPCs and take steps to curb their misleading and deceptive practices,” making an example of California’s consumer alerts.
This quickly led to action by the state AGs. Minnesota AG Keith Ellison issued a consumer alert in the following weeks. Soon, a similar alert was sent by New Jersey AG Matthew Platkin, who later attempted to doxx donors to a pregnancy center in his state only to be shut down by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Add on California AG Rob Bonta’s lawsuits against pregnancy centers and open letter with 15 other Democrat AGs signers opposing pro-life support for families, and the damage Planned Parenthood did is unquantifiable.
This news comes mere months after the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) report detailing how the Biden Administration, Planned Parenthood, and other pro-abortion entities weaponized the FACE Act to target pro-life activists for malicious prosecution.
The memo reinforced the findings of the DOJ, proposing that “States should utilize all state laws, including state FACE Acts, to protect health care facilities that provide abortion.”

According to the Center for American Progress, state attorneys general in Arizona, California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania issued guidance on the legality of abortion and the status of medication abortion,” reported The Daily Signal.
Planned Parenthood also called for states to coordinate legal representation for women, abortionists, and auxiliaries such as abortion funds. Arizona, California, New Jersey, and New York established task forces for this purpose, according to the Center for American Progress.
Despite the coordinated attacks on anyone and anything that doesn’t push abortion, Students for Life of America (SFLA) is determined to save preborn children’s lives. Working with Republican AGs across the nation, we have led efforts to oppose the havoc abortion vendors and facilities wreck on their communities.
These efforts recently led to a letter signed by 14 AGs to the EPA demanding that the chemical abortion pills be tracked in our drinking water. A peer-reviewed study revealed that the progesterone-blocking pills are in our waterways.
This is what voters want to see. As found in a January 2026 survey from SFLA’s Demetree Institute for Pro-Life Advancement conducted by SurveyUSA, 94% of Gen Z and Millennial voters want a federal review of Chemical Abortion Pill policy. Nearly 9 in 10 want a study on the deadly pill’s environmental impact, with 30% calling it “extremely” important.
Not only that, but youth voters don’t want what Planned Parenthood is offering. Of those surveyed, less than one in four thought Planned Parenthood was “vital,” with 50% reporting that Planned Parenthood “can be replaced with the massive number of health care providers” that provide actual health care, not abortion.
Even when SFLA’s own pro-lifers get maliciously prosecuted, we refuse to bow down to Planned Parenthood and the pro-abortion mob. We will not stop until our mission is achieved: making abortion unavailable and unthinkable.
