Governor Kathy Hocul just signed A1395 which will turn every SUNY and CUNY (state universities in New York State and New York City) campus into Chemical Abortion Pill dispensaries and facilities at taxpayer expense.
That means New Yorkers’ taxpayer dollars will be used to fund making the dangerous Chemical Abortion Pill available on every SUNY and CUNY campus, targeting vulnerable, young, pregnant women and abandoning them when what they truly need is support from their school that they can both achieve their goals and choose life.
The legislation is specifically designed to ensure that public New York colleges must give out these dangerous and deadly pills, ending the lives of babies and exposing women to serious risk of injury, infertility, and death. Over 50% of abortions are now chemical abortions. This number will continue to increase if the governor signs this law.
