Planned Parenthood is being sued not because it has ended the lives of millions of preborn children, but because its former employees are mad it isn’t doing committing more abortions.
Six former employees of Planned Parenthood Southeast (PPSE) have filed a civil lawsuit against the Abortion Goliath for “retaliation” — But what the lawsuit really reveals is Planned Parenthood’s undeniable mission to commit as many abortions as possible.
The lawsuit claims that PPSE CEO Mairo Akposé revealed a plan to rebrand the abortion vendor’s marketing to be less abortion-centric following the results of the 2024 election. The former employees protested this decision, citing the then-ongoing debate on Georgia’s pro-life laws.
Afterward, the women claim they were told to stop participating in LGBTQIA+ public sexual health campaigns before being fired. They point out that this goes against the national priorities set by Planned Parenthood and accuse Akposé of calling a gender-confused employee by their birth name.
Akposé resigned as CEO in December 2025, as reported by Courthouse News. Akposé’s resignation came two months after an independent investigation into the matter, which “found no merit to the allegations.”
Although the investigation found the allegations to be baseless, PPSE still changed course to push abortion harder as the former employees had demanded.
As Planned Parenthood said in a November 2025 news release:
“The investigation found no merit to the allegations, but it highlighted an opportunity to make meaningful improvements and send a clear message that we will never waver in our mission to ensure equitable access to abortion and reproductive health education,” said Mitchell Robinson, PPSE Board member and chair of the Special Committee. “We’re using this moment to double down on our commitment to our communities, improve how we serve patients, and continue the fight for reproductive justice.”
The news release announced that PPSE would implement “new key performance indicators for increased accountability,” increase its political advocacy in Georgia, conduct an audit to improve HR practices, and strengthen PPSE’s relationship with local communities to improve abortion access and advocacy efforts.
The former employees continue to pursue the lawsuit, but it is laughable to say that the largest abortion vendor in the country is not doing enough to annihilate more innocent preborn lives. Planned Parenthood committed about 4 in every 10 abortions in the United States. Last year, the Planned Parenthood Action Fund invested $3 million in political outreach, including digital ads, mail, phone banking, and door-knocking operations.
If we are worried about immoral actions from Planned Parenthood, its 110-year history of eugenics, racism, and ending hundreds of thousands of preborn children’s lives each year should be enough to warrant action from the courts and beyond.
