“During primary season, Students for Life Action (SFLAction) focused on advancing champions – those who have a ‘P’ for Pro-Life by their name first in their hearts and not just an ‘R’ for Republican. In the general election, SFLAction prioritized educating voters on the abortion extremism of the Democratic Party, as seen in a Presidential Ticket so radical that death by abortion was all they offered America. But now that the election is over, there are a few Republicans we will not be sorry to see leave their offices,” said SFLAction’s Kristan Hawkins. “Let us know if you need some moving boxes; our student activists would be happy to deliver them.”
WASHINGTON D.C. (11-08-2024) – As seen in the Pro-Life Generation Report Card, Students for Life Action (SFLAction) scores not only the few abortion-related votes that take place in the U.S. Congress, but we also count vision – seen in sponsored legislation and other select actions taken. With a special focus on ballot initiatives and state races, SFLAction is engaged in all 50 states with a special focus on 12 states in the general election. “With the dust settling from a contentious election, it’s clear that some Republicans did not get the message that we vote Pro-Life First, which is why we can’t be sorry to see some of Biden’s favorite Republicans leaving office for new careers,” said SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins. “Pro-life voters will not ignore the actions of legislators who attempt to make them homeless, without a party to vote FOR rather than only voting AGAINST.”

DISHONORABLE MENTION goes to these Republicans who were not defenders of innocent preborn life or of their mothers, and some of whom openly rejected the pro-life values of the party of Lincoln. We note that the following losses, while sadly impacting majorities, will not be missed on the LIFE issue:
- Rep. Marcus Molinaro (R-NY-19)
- Rep. Anthony D’Espostito (R-NY-4)
- Larry Hogan (R-MD),

Students for Life Action (SFLAction), a 501c4, along with its 501c3 sister organization, Students for Life of America (SFLA), make up the nation’s largest, pro-life youth organization, managing a political and policy operation engaging Americans of all ages but with a special emphasis on the largest segment of voters — the Youth Vote. Together they provide political, legal, educational, and community support for women and children, born and preborn. Headquartered in Fredericksburg, VA, SFLA serves more than 1,500 groups on middle, high school, college, medical, and law school campuses in all 50 states. SFLA and SFLAction have more conversations with this generation targeted by the abortion lobby than any other pro-life operation in the world, each week reaching more than 4 million across social media platforms and averaging 1.3 million video views. SFLA has also launched multiple initiatives to lead and serve the future of the pro-life movement including the Campaign for Abortion Free Cities, Standing With You, and the Demetree Institute for Pro-Life Advancement . Over more than 17 years, President Kristan Hawkins has grown SFLAction/SFLA and the Pro-Life Generation into a nearly $20M organization, now preparing for an abortion-free America.
