“Planned Parenthood and the abortion lobby pushed deceptive Get-Out-the-Abortion-Vote ballot initiatives to prop up the dismal Biden-Harris and then Harris-Walz presidential tickets, the most radical pro-abortion tickets in U.S. history, and failed in some and “won” in others. They now claim they’ve locked states down with radical abortion law, but that’s going to fail too,” said Students for Life Action’s Kristan Hawkins. “Tuesday, we will be discussing a framework for dealing with the fine print of the abortion business, at the state & federal level.”

(11-07-2024) – Students for Life Action (SFLAction) President Kristan Hawkins along with state & federal legislators and some special guests will detail a legislative approach tailored to this legal moment in time. Outlined will be a package of legislative actions chosen for its Constitutional soundness, whether that is our U.S. Constitution, or a state now burdened with a ballot initiative on abortion.
“In the Washington Post, an abortion lobby representative said, ‘(i)t would be nearly impossible’ for a gestational limit on abortion to pass where ballot initiatives are in place. Their statement shows a profound failure of imagination and a deliberate ignoring of what’s happening on the ground. The pro-life movement will creatively and strategically address the business of abortion for its impacts on women, the preborn, and the environment in the days ahead,” said Hawkins. “We invite the media to tune in for an overview of the possibilities.”

Students for Life of America (SFLA) and Students for Life Action have pioneered a plan for addressing the number one method and means of abortion, Chemical Abortion Pills.
