Students for Life Action Congratulates State Sen. Roger Chamberlain on 2020 Election Victory

“The Pro-Life Generation devoted hundreds of hours of time and talent to educating Minnesota voters on State Sen. Chamberlain’s pro-life record,” said SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins. “We are so excited to see him headed back to Saint Paul to defend the preborn for another term.”

FREDERICKSBURG, V.A. and SAINT PAUL, M.N. (11-04-2020) – Students for Life Action (SFLAction) congratulated State Senator Roger Chamberlain on his victory on Tuesday evening, following a highly contested race against incumbent pro-choice Democrat Justin Stofferahn, 52.12% to 47.79%.

SFLAction collectively knocked more than 4,000 doors and sent over 62,000 personal text messages to Minnesota voters on behalf of State Sen. Chamberlain this cycle.

“There is bipartisan agreement that this election cycle was one of the most important of our lifetimes, with the potential to impact millions upon millions of present and future lives,” said SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins. “It is clear that the work SFLAction did this cycle contributed immensely to the most critical victories in the country. State Sen. Chamberlain’s victory tonight is one example of that. The Pro-Life Generation went on the front lines in this election, to have a voice and a vote for life.”

In months leading up to the election, SFLAction led two major student activism weekends in Minnesota to make voters aware of State Sen. Chamberlain’s consistently pro-life record and urge them to #VoteProLifeFirst this election cycle.

In addition to Minnesota, SFLAction also had a heavy presence in Montana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Texas, and North Carolina.
