Dave Nissley Pledges Strong Pro-Life Action in the State House & Pennsylvania’s Universities
WASHINGTON, D.C. (05-14-2026) – Students for Life Action (SFLAction) announced its endorsement of pro-life ally Dave Nissley in his bid for Pennsylvania State House District 100. “Nissley has positioned himself to be an incredible pro-life force,” said SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins. “SFLAction is confident that he will be the strong, life-affirming voice that his district has been waiting for.”
Nissley’s platform is anchored in a deep commitment to protecting Life from conception to death, positioning the life issue as his primary legislative focus. Nissley has promised to work to end all state-funded support for abortion vendors, specifically calling for the defunding of Planned Parenthood.
Additionally, his agenda includes ending taxpayer subsidies for abortion-related services at state universities like the University of Pittsburgh, aiming to ensure that Pennsylvania tax dollars are no longer used to support the abortion industry.
Nissley stands out as the only candidate in his district to submit the Students for Life Action candidate survey, earning a 100% pro-life rating.
“The choice for pro-life voters at the ballot box is clear,” said Hawkins. “If Pennsylvanians in House District 100 want a new voice to fight for Life, Nissley is the way to go.”
