Three U.S. Supreme Court Cases Scaring Planned Parenthood: Ever Wonder Where the Baby Bodies Go?

It’s no secret that Planned Parenthood profits from the killing of preborn babies in the womb, but have you ever wondered what happens to the 1,076 babies this abortion mill network reportedly butchers every day? This year, we may get some answers, as three abortion cases are heading to the U.S. Supreme Court. Planned Parenthood is already sweating bullets for good reason.

Students for Life Action (SFLAction) sure thinks so. Here are the three Supreme Court cases that Planned Parenthood is watching:

1. Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic

This case encompasses two key issues. First, it addresses whether a provision in the Medicaid Act entitles the beneficiary to choose any medical provider; second, if a Medicaid beneficiary can pick a provider that has been disqualified by the state.

While the state of South Carolina does not want abortion funding in their healthcare programs, Planned Parenthood insists that its state funding cannot be cut because women have the “right” to make Planned Parenthood their “chosen provider” on the taxpayers’ dime. According to the National Women’s Law Center: this case rides on the back of South Carolina woman Julie Edwards to make taxpayers Planned Parenthood her “chosen provider” to charge to taxpayers “the birth control method she wanted” from the business she wanted to use.

If Edward wins this case, tax-payer-funded money will essentially be blood money as Planned Parenthood will continue slaughtering preborn children using state funds.

The bottom line of this case comes down to whether or not people receiving free taxpayer-funded insurance can demand a right to choose where to spend taxpayer money. Americans should not be coerced to fund political organizations that kill children for a living.

If the U.S. Supreme Court votes in favor of South Carolina, Planned Parenthood could be in big trouble, which would put a smile on our faces. With both state and federal implications at play, South Carolina could set off a domino effect if more states choose to cut Planned Parenthood funding that inspire the federal government to do the same and cut the nearly $700M they receive annually

2. Missouri et al. v. FDA (formerly Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. FDA)

Back in 2023, the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine filed a lawsuit that would prohibit the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from dispensing mifepristone, the first of two drugs in the Chemical Abortion Pill cocktail. Abruptly, the Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit on the bases of standing but did not rule on the question of the mifepristone’s safety or need to be regulated.

For this case, Students for Life Action filed an amicus brief, exposing the harm of the reckless distribution of Chemical Abortion Pills and the potential harm to endangered species. Alarmed by the free-range distribution of these deadly Chemical Abortion Pill, 40 pro-life leaders signed on a letter we drafted along with Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) asking Congress to demand that the EPA track the forever chemicals. Not only that, but Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and Oklahoma Rep. Josh Brecheen also led a letter to the EPA joining our efforts to demand oversight.

Fast forward to 2025, Missouri et al. v. FDA, a similar case heading to the Supreme Court claims that the FDA has violated multiple laws and demands the FDA re-implement restrictions on mifepristone. This time, Idaho, Missouri and Kansas together are suing the FDA for violating the Administrative Procedure Act, the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the Comstock Act

Since mailing Chemical Abortion Pills through the mail like candy is, violating of the Comstock Act, this lawsuit should come as no surprise.

This case calls into question mifepristone’s safety and need for regulation by the FDA. But the truth is, no drug that violently suffocates a preborn baby until they die is “safe” and should not be legal or ordered online. Even if the pro-life movement wins in the case, regulating Chemical Abortion Pills does not stop the death of preborn babies, it simply regulates the terms and conditions of their death by putting REMS in place.

3. United States ex rel. Doe v. Planned Parenthood Federation of America

If you’re wondering what Planned Parenthood’s does with the bodies of babies they kill, this next case may offer insight.

A $1.8 billion lawsuit out of Texas has been filed against Planned Parenthood regarding their alleged “donations of fetal tissue for research” that were recorded with footage and posted publicly. Both the states of Texas and Louisiana responded to the alarming donations of human tissue for research by seeking to “terminate” Planned Parenthood’s enrollment in their Medicaid programs. Three Planned Parenthood affiliations known collectively in this case as “Affiliate Defendants” are “asserting that they violated federal and state False Claims Act reverse-false-claims provisions which withhold money from the government when there is an obligation to pay.”

So, it seems that the question at hand is whether states can terminate Planned Parenthood from Medicaid reimbursements since their “care” may include not killing preborn humans, but allegedly donating their precious bodies, lungs, hearts, fingers, and toes to science for who knows what kind of research. Makes you wonder if they’re profiting from the  1,076 babies they claim to butcher every day.

What Planned Parenthood Doesn’t Want You to Know

Planned Parenthood is not a hospital. It’s not a doctor’s office. It’s a multi-billion-dollar political organization that puts profits over people, advocating for unnatural hormone blockers for gender dysphoria while dispensing deadly Chemical Abortion Pills that wreck the lives of men and women.

Shockingly, Planned Parenthood’s most recent annual report revealed that over $700 million– 34% of its overall revenue – came from taxpayers. The money floods in through reimbursements and grants, and over the years, their profits really add up.

In its ground-breaking report, Family Research Council in 2022, released America’s Direct Deposit to Planned Parenthood, noting: “Since 1993, Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion business, has reported carrying out 7,442,666 abortions, all while receiving over 10.35 billion in total taxpayer funding.” Emphasis added.

One hidden secret that Planned Parenthood doesn’t want you to know is that they are outnumbered by Federally Qualified Health centers that could replace them overnight

In 2023, Planned Parenthood saw a little more than 2M patients in fewer than 600 locations. Shockingly, in that same year, “In 2023, 1,363 health center organizations served more than 31 million patients at over 15,600 service delivery sites.” Emphasis added.

Most of the money Planned Parenthood receives doesn’t go toward pregnant clients or paying their employees better wages, it goes to funding their political agenda. The New York Times recently came out with an explosive bombshell report alleging poor health and safety standards, dwindling funds, and lack proper training for employees:

“Rather than putting needy women seeking care first, millions of dollars allegedly go toward playing politics and fighting in court. Despite distributing $899 million to affiliates to ‘deliver care,’ reportedly ‘none of it went directly to medical services.’ The New York Timesstated that, ‘much of the national funding to affiliates went to legal support, public campaigns to expand abortion access and subsidies for patient navigators.’

They are politically engaged in elections funding Democrats who will shield their dirty work of killing preborn babies. PBS News reported that Planned Parenthood spent $40 million ahead of last November’s elections to “bolster President Joe Biden and leading congressional Democrats.”

There’s more. In a statement from the Planned Parenthood Action fund, they spent “a record-breaking $69.5 million investment during the election cycle.” We’re guessing that money didn’t go towards helping Trump, who put U.S. Supreme Court justices in place to help reverse Roe v. Wade.

Planned Parenthood is crumbling, and these three cases may push its empire down.

As these three abortion-related cases head to the Supreme Court, Planned Parenthood will fight tooth and nail to keep their baby butchering machine functioning and well-funded using our taxpayer dollars.

But the Pro-Life Generation (PLG) is just as determined. We will keep fighting against abortion because our tax dollars should go toward raising children, not funding the death of our preborn neighbors. Our children deserve a future of life not of death. They deserve to be celebrated and not have their eyes, toes, hearts and tiny bodies given to science for “research.”

Perhaps we’ll see an end to Planned Parenthood’s atrocities soon.
