The Students for Life Action-Innovation — the “Clean Water for All Life Act” — requires the use of biohazard “catch kits” in Chemical Abortions & holds Chemical Abortion Pill vendors accountable for waterway contamination from Abortion Water Pollution
“More than 50 tons of chemically tainted blood and placenta tissue, along with precious human remains, is dumped into America’s waterways EVERY YEAR, if you use the abortion industry’s own math about the scope of death by Chemical Abortion Pills,” said Students for Life Action’s Kristan Hawkins. “This is a human rights atrocity and an environmental crisis, caused by the greed of Chemical Abortion Pill pushers and negligent federal policy. The Pro-Life Generation is proud to fight alongside Wisconsin state leaders who demand better for mothers and preborn babies in their state.”

MADISON, WIS. (01-12-2026) – Students for Life Action (SFLAction) students and volunteers are rallying at the Wisconsin statehouse in support of SFLAction’s own “Clean Water for All Life Act” (AB718 in the House and companion bill SB734 in the Senate). It was introduced in the House by Reps. Lindee Rae Brill, Nate L. Gustafson, Elijah R. Behnke, Daniel Knodl, Rob Kreibich, David Murphy, and Chuck Wichgers. It was introduced in the Senate by Sen. André Jacque. “Once again state leaders are the innovators in policy, taking a Students for Life Action model and making it their own. God willing, we will see real protections become law,” said SFLAction President Kristan Hawkins.
If signed into law, the SFLAction-innovation, the “Clean Water for All Life Act,” would require healthcare providers to be physically present and conduct physical exams during Chemical Abortions and the use of a biohazard “catch kit” in Chemical Abortions for proper disposal of the chemically tainted placenta tissue, blood, and body of the tragically lost preborn baby. It would also hold licensed medical professionals and Chemical Abortion Pill vendors liable for violations of the Act.
In 2023 alone, 642,700 reported abortions were committed via Chemical Abortion Pills. Many of these abortions happen at home without proper biohazard disposal, sending over 50 tons of placenta tissue, blood, and bodies of tragically lost preborn babies into our waterways each year, all chemically tainted by the Chemical Abortion Pills.
The Wisconsin legislation would hold licensed medical providers and Chemical Abortion Pill vendors for their roles in Chemical Abortions through both civil and criminal penalties.
Here is what the “Clean Water for All Life Act” will do in Wisconsin:
- Requires healthcare providers to be physically present during Chemical Abortions and conduct a physical examination.
- Mandates a follow-up visit within seven days of administering Chemical Abortion Pills or their use.
- Requires provision of a biohazard bag – a catch kit and medical waste bag for proper disposal of the chemically tainted placenta tissue, blood, and body of preborn babies, tragically lost.
- Prohibits prosecution of patients and exempts treatment of ectopic pregnancies.
- Holds Chemical Abortion Pill manufacturers and distributors liable for environmental contamination caused by endocrine-disrupting chemicals in wastewater.
- Penalizes licensed medical professionals with up to 5 years imprisonment and/or fines up to $50,000 per violation.
- Imposes fines of $100,000 per violation for manufacturers and distributors.
SFLAction is encouraging pro-life students and volunteers to join the fight by participating in one of our State Lobby Days.
SFLAction’s push to get the “Clean Water for All Life Act” introduced and passed is part of our larger Make America Pro-Life Again Roadmap. Launched last November, this legislative package built upon the Gonzales v. Carhart case will help take down abortion at the state and federal level.
