UPSIDE DOWN WORLD: NPR Reports that Doctors Want to Violate State Laws and Slaughter Babies “because it’s what’s right.”

In a post-Roe world where states are legislating who is qualified to live or die in the womb, some doctors believe that they are above the law and can take matters into their own hands.

With the indictment of a New York “doctor” Margaret Carpenter, who broke Louisiana law by shipping Chemical Abortion Pills to a woman, allegedly causing her granddaughter’s death, there seems to be no limit on how far pro-abortionists are willing to go to disregard state laws and starve tiny humans to death in the womb.

NPR reports that this “doctor” Margaret Carpenter is “the first U.S. doctor criminally charged for providing abortion pills across state lines.” What’s concerning is how easily pro-abortion “doctors” blatantly violate state laws that protect preborn children from murder by trafficking them illegally into pro-life states.

Life is a winning issue in the states, despite what the left may adamantly claim. In 2024, more than 59 pro-life bills and resolutions were enacted across the nation, with 41 pro-life bills in 2025 already successfully passed.

Since January, Students for Life Action (SFLAction) has orchestrated lobby days in 26 states resulting in legislative action in 13 states and counting. And we’re just getting started.

But rather than valiantly protecting preborn babies on abortion death row, “eight states — New York, Maine, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington — have passed laws to protect telemedicine abortion providers and block extradition in such cases,” reports NPR.

In the words of Louisiana abortionist Kohar Der Simonian, killing preborn humans and illegally violating state laws is fine “because it’s what’s right.”

Relentless in the fight against death, pro-life life states are drafting innovative legislation to crack down on out-of-state Chemical Abortion Pill trafficking. For example, Louisiana reclassified mifepristone (the first Chemical Abortion Pill) as a Schedule 1V controlled substance, and Texas has followed suit.

“In Texas, we treasure the health and lives of mothers and babies,” said Attorney General Ken Paxton. “And this is why out-of-state doctors may not illegally and dangerously prescribe abortion-inducing drugs to Texas residents.”

To a majority of Americans, it is unthinkable to defend illegally mailing fentanyl across state lines, so why should mailing death pills known as Chemical Abortion Pills be any different?

But there’s more. Not only are abortion “doctors” wanting to ship deadly pills like candy but states like New York, Illinois and Maine are considering “shield laws” that would exonerate them from medical liabilities, injuries, infertility or death. Recently, Maine introduced a bill that would “allow doctors to keep their names off prescription labels for abortion pill[s].”

No state has the right to kill a preborn child, and no person can be denied equal protection of the laws without due process, no matter how small. No “doctor” in New York, or Maine, or Illinois has the right to ignore their legal and God-given right to life. Giving abortionists a pulpit on NPR to allegedly share about violating state law to mail deadly Chemical Abortion Pills because they feel like it, isn’t chivalrous, it encourages criminal activity.
