(07-10-2024) – Very active in opposing radical, pro-abortion ballot initiates across the country, Students for Life Action (SFLAction) President Kristan Hawkins made the following statement on behalf of the Pro-Life Generation after the news that Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston is rejecting the petition in his state because of failures to follow the law in signature gathering.
Hawkins commented on X/formerly Twitter and also made the following statement: “The Democratic Party’s Get-Out-The-Vote plan in Arkansas fails as pro-abortion activists fall short in their signature collection. Kudos to Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston for his skills in math and in law. In rejecting signatures from unverified, paid signature collectors, and in noting what the law requires, he rejects this manipulative campaign to force abortion into the state’s constitution.”
