TOPEKA, KS (07-17-2024) – Students for Life Action (SFLAction) President Kristan Hawkins released the following statement endorsing Representative Michael Murphy for Kansas’ State Senate District 34.
“The Pro-life Generation knows Kansas State Rep. Michael Murphy has been a steadfast advocate for the Constitutional right of preborn babies to be safe from abortion violence. We will be engaging to educate voters about his record,” said Hawkins. “Students for Life Action and our Kansas Student Captain Cheyenne Vandeventer worked with Rep. Murphy to introduce legislation (HB 2492) to protect preborn children and end the distribution of deadly Chemical Abortion Pills, which cause injury, infertility and death.
During recent state senate debates with his Republican Primary opponent, Rep. Murphy has shown that he is the vastly superior candidate on the human rights issue of our day, abortion. That’s why I personally endorse Rep. Murphy’s election to the Kansas State Senate and humbly ask for your support and vote as well.”
