Students for Life Action Announces Senator James Lankford as The Pro-Life Generation Leader of the Month
“Every life, born and unborn, is valuable, including pregnant moms, who deserve to be told the truth about abortions,” said United States Oklahoma Senator, James Lankford.
WASHINGTON, D.C. (11-22-2021)— Students for Life Action is proud to announce that U.S. Senator James Lankford, from Oklahoma, has been chosen as the Pro-Life Generation Leader of November. Senator Lankford has been chosen for this honor as he continues to uphold and support the pro-life movement in Washington D.C.
Senator Lankford has been the Chair of the Senate Values Action Team (VAT) since 2018. VAT is a group of members that promotes pro-life principles, among other social conservative policies, by building coalitions within and outside of Capitol Hill.
This legislative session, Senator Lankford has introduced two pro-life bills: S.B. 965, the Women’s Public Health and Safety Act and S.B. 401, the Conscience Protection Act of 2021. The Women’s Public Health and Safety Act would block some taxpayer funding of abortion by empowering states with the ability to exclude abortion facilities like Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid funds. The Conscience Protection Act of 2021 prevents government discrimination against health care providers and health insurance plans that do not want to participate in abortions.
SFLAction has reported consistently on Senator Lankford’s faithful efforts for the pro-life movement. Working with Senator Lankford, SFLAction has helped introduce other pro-life bills, including a bill against hybrid animal-human organisms which stemmed from unethical research funded by Fauci and the NIH.
Please join us in thanking Senator Lankford, our Pro-Life Gen Leader of the Month, for his persistent leadership on pro-life issues in our nation’s capital! Tweet him @SenatorLankford.

Students for Life Action (SFLAction), a 501c4, along with its 501c3 sister organization, Students for Life of America (SFLA), make up the nation’s largest pro-life youth organization and a political and policy operation engaging people of all ages. Together they work to end abortion — the human rights issue of our day — and provide political, legal, and community support for women and their children, born and preborn. Headquartered in Fredericksburg, VA, SFLA has more than 1,250 groups on middle, high school, college, university, medical, and law school campuses in all 50 states. SFLA creates strategy, policy, and programming to connect those most targeted for abortion with people ready to help and builds a framework for political engagement on their behalf. SFLA and SFLAction have more conversations with those most targeted by the abortion industry than any other pro-life outreach in the world, reaching more than 2 million people across social media platforms each week and engaging in approximately 100,000 digital conversations per month. Over the last 15 years, President Kristan Hawkins has grown SFLA into a $15 million organization preparing for a Post-Roe America.
