“For far too long the atrocities committed against preborn children have been used as a profit-making mechanism – either by abortionists or the scientists who purchase their bodies. As far back as 2016, Congress has known about this horrifying trafficking,” said Students for Life Action Vice President of Media and Policy Kristi Hamrick. “Hopefully, Congress will now listen to the critical testimony of two people who have witnessed this barbarism and will end it.”

WASHINGTON D.C. (3-19-20243) – Students for Life Action (SFLAction) staff will attend a congressional hearing today led by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), where the issue of Black-Market Baby Organ Harvesting will be discussed. Key witnesses include pro-life activist Terrisa Bukovinac, one of the co-discoverers of the “Justice for the Five” babies, and David Daleiden, project lead at the Center for Medical Progress, whose video and testimony helped expose the University of Pittsburgh, among many locations, for purchasing infant body parts from abortionists for experimentation.
WHERE: Tuesday, March 19, at 2:00pm
WHEN: Room #204,5 Rayburn House Office Building, Washington D.C.
“In 2022, when the bodies of aborted fetuses were turned over to Terrisa, the corporate press, the Democrats, and their allies in the abortion lobby called it a conspiracy and a lie,” said Hamrick. “In 2021, when the University of Pittsburgh was caught purchasing body parts for experiments, Planned Parenthood refused to explain their ties to the school. But the real conspiracy is the intentional coverup of unimaginably unethical medicine and science if you can even call it that. The hearing hosted by Rep. Taylor Greene will give the American people an unflinching glimpse at the horrors that these two witnesses have seen.
“Sadly, past efforts to hold Corporate Abortion accountable such as during the House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives did not have the desired effect in ending such trafficking in 2016. We applaud efforts to return to this important issue.”
In 2021, SFLAction called for the resignation of Dr. Anthony Fauci from the National Institute for Health (NIH) because of his prominent role in the University of Pittsburgh experiments. Just this week, SFLAction students conducted a lobby day to challenge actions by Pennsylvania Republican’s to re-allow funding for this university, despite strong opposition from the pro-life movement at large.
And in the 2022 state Republican primaries, SFLAction educated voters in several races through calls, texts, mail, and door knocking regarding which incumbents had stood against ending the University of Pittsburgh’s gruesome research on preborn babies. The result was that three long-time incumbent legislators were thrown out of office by voters. Newly elected legislator Joe D’Orsie (HD-47) thad this to say about the SFLAction campaign:
“I won a primary last election against a 20-year incumbent thanks to the voter education efforts of Students for Life Action knocking doors, sending mail, texts, and calls exposing the incumbent on this issue. UPitt’s experimentation with aborted-remains was an unsung issue that mattered to voters in my district. I’d like to thank SFLAction for their watchful eye of votes like these and their action when members break campaign promises and leave behind their pro-life values.”
