JUST IN: March Pro-Life Leaders of the Month!

There’s no slowing down for the Pro-Life Generation — after all, there are babies to be saved and laws to be passed in a Post-Roe America. Each month, Students for Life Action (SFLAction) shines a light on the leaders in our movement from students to volunteers, to Members of Congress, to bold advocates for life!

During the month of March, SFLAction was impressed by the grittiness and fast-paced work by several leaders. Here are this month’s leaders who stood up to protect life in law:

Wyoming State Officials

With the recent passage of SFLAction’s “Prohibiting Chemical Abortions” Act, the legislation that took effect in Wyoming was the first law to explicitly and fully protect preborn babies and their mothers from the disastrous effects of Chemical Abortion Pills.

This win for life was able to happen in Wyoming thanks to state leaders who championed this effort! SFLAction owes special thanks to Rep. Sarah Penn, Rep. Rachel Rodriguez-Williams, Sen. Tim Salazar, Rep. John Bear, Rep. Jared Olsen, Sec. Chuck Gray, and Rep. Tomi Strock.

Senator Tommy Tuberville

SFLAction also selected U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama as a leader of the month for his steadfast work to hold the Department of Defense accountable in its quest to quietly fund abortion travel for military members and their dependents.

In the face of President Biden’s radical abortion cabinet that is pushing abortion on demand, SFLAction applauded Senator Tuberville for his tireless efforts to protect the preborn. While SFLAction was glad to speak in person with Senator Tuberville this week in Washington, we were disappointed to see extreme abortion Members hold up his bill.

Cheyenne Vandeventer

SFLAction is giving a huge shoutout to our legislative intern, Cheyenne Vanderventer! As a Kansas local, Cheyenne did a fantastic job helping to get our Life at Conception Act introduced in her state.

She has been active in mobilizing her peers to join her in lobbying at the state capital, canvassing the district, and bringing awareness for #ProtectionAtConception!
