Since the leak of the Dobbs decision to the eventual reversal of Roe v. Wade, it’s not only preborn babies in the womb who are under attack by the woke abortion mob, but anyone who stands in defense of protecting such innocent lives.
The number of times the pro-life community has been attacked, vandalized, censored, or threatened has only risen, and President Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) hasn’t responded in a very just way at all for pro-lifers. That’s why Students for Life Action (SFLAction) joined on to a lawsuit alongside Catholic Vote, the Heritage Foundation, Advancing American Freedom, and others to call out the DOJ’s insufficient action to address violence directed at churches and pro-life pregnancy centers.

While the facts remain clear on violence against pro-lifers – a recent report by the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) indicating “after the Dobbs decision was leaked, there was over 22 times more violence directed against pro-life groups than pro-choice organizations” – the DOJ’s response has been anything but transparent.
Despite a “Summer of Rage” with countless acts of vandalism and violence by the abortion lobby, the DOJ has been slow to apprehend those who commit crimes against pro-lifers yet they’ve wasted no time in raiding the home of a pro-life advocate and even former U.S. President.
In an ongoing pursuit to call out the biased nature of these law enforcement agencies, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) was sent to the DOJ signed by SFLAction and others. This FOIA request highlighted the politicized work of the DOJ and how the department has “slow-walked or outright ignored” certain investigations. Months later, SFLAction and others learned this FOIA request had been closed by the agency for insufficient descriptive information – unfortunately, we’re not surprised.
Thankfully, the U.S. House of Representatives did their job this legislative session by passing a resolution to declare the failure of the Biden Administration in addressing radical attacks against pro-life groups. A handful of Republican Senators have also spoken out on this issue with a letter and questioning during a committee hearing.
As long as there are preborn babies to defend in the womb, the Pro-Life Generation will continue our work protecting life in law and service. With any violent retaliation, rest assured that we will continue to call out the mean and extreme nature of the pro-abortion lobby and demand action from our elected officials.
